Mr. Moses Samuel possess 28 years of experience in Training and Programme Management with various Noteworthy Development Organizations. His passion and professionalism in the field of Livelihood promotion and Capacity Building Trainings supported him to accomplish many successful livelihood projects for USAID, WALMART and CARE International as well organize and conduct many Training Programmes successfully for Govt. Officials and other Stakeholders. His twelve years experiences with CARE India has given opportunity to link with many International organizations for planning and executing Livelihood Action Research and Value Chain Projects. Moreover, his thirteen years of experience with MYRADA has developed his expertise in designing and conducting many Capacity Building Trainings for different categories of people and Officials. He has taken the Assignment of State Level Master Trainer and Zonal Consultant for 7 years for Tamil Nadu Corporation for Women Development, Chennai and involved in developing many Training Manuals for SHGs and SHGs-Federations. Besides, he was a State Level Master Trainer for the Ministry of Agriculture – NAWAPRA, TNEPR, ADB, UNICEF, Ministry of Rural Development – Gujarat and Core Team member for promoting Appreciative Inquiry Techniques of International Institute for Sustainable Development [IISD, CANADA] and developing Watershed, Gender, Livelihood and Enterprise Development related Training Manuals. Besides, he has successfully led several Team to handle many special assignments for Disaster Management, Livelihood Education, Promoting Producer Companies, Enterprise Development, Watershed, Prevention of Sexual Abuse, Health & Education and Social Audit. He has involved in many Livelihood Research and holds M.B.A., (HR), M.A., and M.Phil., in Rural Development (Gandhigram Rural Institute).
